99xx Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Rights & Obligations

Section 01

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99xx ("99xx", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 99xx online casino and sports betting platform available at https://99xx.io and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature offered by 99xx, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the 99xx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your use of the Platform.

Section 02

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 99xx Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 99xx does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, place bets, or access any real-money feature of the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 99xx Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 99xx, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes fraud and may result in legal action in addition to permanent account suspension.

Section 03

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money features of the 99xx Platform, you must complete the account registration process in full and have your account verified in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any point during your use of the Platform.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 99xx Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 99xx reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and permanently forfeit any balances across all accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 99xx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

In the event that you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 99xx immediately by contacting [email protected]. 99xx will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account pending further verification.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 99xx support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules. Verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

KYC Identity Verification

In accordance with responsible gaming best practices and to ensure the integrity of the Platform, 99xx requires all players to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification before processing any withdrawal requests and, at 99xx's discretion, before any deposit or gameplay is permitted.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or Smart NID
• A valid Bangladesh passport (photo page)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence confirming residential address (dated within the last 3 months)
• A selfie photograph held alongside the submitted identity document
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership)

4.2 Verification Timeframes

99xx endeavours to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. If additional documentation is required, the support team will contact the player directly.

4.3 Failure to Verify

Where a player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a formal request, 99xx reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal capabilities, or close the account entirely. Any balance held in an unverified account is subject to scrutiny before release.

Section 05

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99xx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available at 99xx's discretion and will be displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players with fully verified accounts may qualify for higher transaction limits upon request to the support team. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent verified deposit. This same-source withdrawal policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.): 1 to 3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank

5.4 Transaction Fees

99xx does not charge fees on deposits. For withdrawals, processing fees may apply depending on the payment method. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed at the point of withdrawal request before the transaction is confirmed. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees which are outside the control of 99xx.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the 99xx Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a player's payment source operates in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. 99xx is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.

Section 06

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

99xx offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional specific terms attached to individual promotions at the time of the offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are credited to a player's bonus wallet and are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each individual promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the applicable time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• 99xx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to an active player account.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the 99xx Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement, and a maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonus offers through collusion, matched betting using bonus funds, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method that 99xx reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play, and may result in forfeiture of real-money balances where fraud is established.

Section 07

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 99xx Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. General betting rules applicable across all products are set out below.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted and confirmed only when the Platform generates a unique bet reference number and the corresponding amount is deducted from the player's wallet. Until confirmation is received, no bet should be considered placed. 99xx is not liable for bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient account balance.

7.2 Bet Cancellation & Void Bets

Once confirmed, bets may not be cancelled by the player except where a specific cash-out feature is available and active on the relevant market. 99xx reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, suspected match-fixing, technical malfunctions affecting game integrity, or where a bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions.

7.3 Sports Betting — Cricket Markets

99xx offers live in-play and pre-match betting on cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Cricket betting markets are subject to separate sport-specific rules governing event cancellations, interruptions due to weather, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, and delayed or abandoned matches. 7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all betting products on the 99xx Platform. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Any winnings exceeding applicable maximum limits will be capped at the stated maximum, regardless of the odds or stake involved.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99xx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-manual manner
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds or in circumstances where the outcome is known in advance
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through Platform transactions
• Using the Platform while self-excluded, or assisting another self-excluded person in accessing the Platform
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward 99xx staff or other players
• Accessing the Platform through VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures

Section 09

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 99xx Platform — including but not limited to the 99xx brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, betting market displays, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99xx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99xx.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to 99xx for delivery through the Platform. No rights in third-party game content are transferred to the player.

Privacy & Data Protection

99xx collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and available at https://99xx.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 99xx is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where applicable, marketing communications where you have provided explicit consent.

99xx implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Player financial data is never stored in plain text. Access to player data by 99xx personnel is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis and subject to internal confidentiality obligations.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99xx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to connectivity failures, device malfunction, or interruptions in service outside the reasonable control of 99xx
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers
• Game or market results that are unfavourable to the player where the relevant game or market has operated correctly
• Any failure or delay in performance of the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 99xx, including force majeure events

The 99xx Platform and all content within it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 99xx makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond personal entertainment.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 12

Responsible Gaming Commitment

99xx is firmly committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary restriction on their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and 99xx, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days may be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate competent authority.

For any formal dispute or complaint, players should first submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue, relevant account information, and any supporting documentation. 99xx commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
